Thank you for submitting a donation for a brick or paver! Please submit the text you want directly the brick maker, as explained below.
Polar Engraving will be handling all of our bricks and pavers. The great thing about the website they provide is that you can see just what your words will look like, and you can design the brick or paver exactly the way you want it.
The-not-so-great thing is that it might be a bit confusing to navigate. I'll give you a few pointers here, but if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask (662-0460 or e-mail Katie Watson).
- The link to click on is: http://www.polarengraving.com/PajaritoEEC
- Once on the website, you'll be asked to enter your contact information, the size of brick you want ($500="brick" or 4x8, $1,000="paver" or 8x8 brick) and whether or not you want clip art. This is a trick question, because we are only allowing clip art on the 8x8 brick (also known as the paver - are you confused yet?). So, if you gave $1,000, you can choose "yes" there. Otherwise, choose "no."
- If you choose "yes" to the clip art or logo question, the site will give you an option to upload your own picture. Don't take that option! We are only allowing the Pajarito bird. We asked Polar to remove the option, but it wasn't possible. Just select "PEEC 001" which is the bird.
- When you pick the size brick/paver you want, the "amount" box will fill itself in.
- Customize your text on the next page.
- Since you have already donated (thank you!) click "check by mail" for your payment option, even if you paid in some other way. For the check number, just put 000.
- You're done! But wait - if you don't quite remember how much you donated, or if you are planning adding more to your donation, so that you can be on the donor wall instead of getting a brick or paver, or if you have any other issues or questions, just contact us (662-0460 or e-mail Katie Watson). We should be able to get it sorted out. Don't worry - they don't start engraving the bricks as soon as you click, so there is time to get everything sorted out.
